Maddie provides specialised, evidence-based dietetic support for individuals experiencing eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, OSFED (Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder) and ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder).
She works collaboratively with clients and their broader care team to support nutritional rehabilitation, establish regular and adequate eating patterns, and gently challenge unhelpful food rules, always at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
-
Maddie supports individuals experiencing disordered eating patterns, including chronic dieting, yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, binge or over-eating, and feeling out of control around food.
If thoughts about food, eating, or your body feel overwhelming or are taking up too much mental space, you may be experiencing disordered eating. You don’t need a diagnosis to deserve support.
Together, you will work toward building a more peaceful, flexible and trusting relationship with food and your body.

Digestive discomfort and a challenging relationship with food often co-exist due to the strong connection between the gut and the brain.
Maddie provides individualised, safe and practical nutrition support for a range of gastrointestinal conditions and symptoms. Her approach aims to reduce digestive distress while protecting adequate nutrition and maintaining a positive, sustainable relationship with food, avoiding unnecessarily restrictive or fear-based approaches wherever possible.

As a HAES® aligned dietitian, Maddie provides weight-neutral, evidence-based nutrition care that focuses on improving health behaviours, body respect and long-term wellbeing, rather than intentional weight loss as the primary measure of health.
She supports individuals living with conditions such as PCOS, diabetes, high cholesterol, and early signs of chronic illness, as well as those wanting to improve their overall health through sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes.
Care is tailored to your individual needs, values and goals, with an emphasis on flexibility, autonomy and realistic strategies.
