After graduating from Griffith University 10 years ago, Maddie has spent the past six years specialising in eating disorders across both public and private services, supporting people of all ages. She practices from a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework and is committed to providing compassionate, inclusive and evidence-based care tailored to each individual.

Maddie is a certified therapist in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) and Maudsley Family-Based Therapy (FBT), and has also completed training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM). Her approach is collaborative, practical and grounded in current research, while always honouring each person’s lived experience.

In addition to her clinical work, Maddie has completed clinical supervision training through DSRA and enjoys supporting early- to mid-career dietitians to refine their skills, build confidence and develop their own authentic professional style.

Outside of work, Maddie loves spending time at the beach, hiking in nature, catching up with friends for a jog and coffee, and travelling.
